Mysterious dissapearance |
 The Iranian owner of the real estate company "New Home", Ares D., is not disoverable any longer, after he borrowed 500 000 YTL from different persons. After he was known under the name "Arif" as tje owner of the real estate company "NeW Home" he took 40 flats under contract in the "Utopia"houses for a running time of 14 months and for a price of 50 000 euros each. He sold these flats to 60 persons in Iran to a price of 125 000 euros each. From most of the customers he took a pre-payment and signed invalid contracts with them. Further he bought the Bistro Nokta for 250 000 euros and sold to a Swedish partner for 750 000 euros. The legal proceedings are not final yet. Further he sold real estate property to many Europeans.
Ares D. worked long in a jewellery shop and from where he disappeared for one year. AFter his return he began to sell real estate and increased his company within shortest time. |
